About NAC :
- N-Acetyl L-Cysteine ,Free Radical Protection
- Maintains Cellular Health
- Normal Immune System Function,Amino Acid
- Precursor to Glutathione, Powerful Antioxidant
- Dietary Supplement,GMP Quality Assured
N-acetyl-cysteine is an acetylated derivative of amino acid cysteine. It is popular due to its cysteine residues and the role it has on glutathione maintenance and metabolism. Relative to glutathione availability, one of the most important considerations has been to properly maintain the availability of cysteine in the blood as that is known to be the rate-limiting substrate for glutathione resynthesis.

IMPORTANCE OF NAC :
The acetyl group in NAC makes cysteine more water-soluble, and functions to speed absorption and distribution on orally ingested cysteine. The acetyl group reduces the reactivity of the thiol (-SH), making NAC less toxic and less susceptible to oxidation than cysteine.
